KC vs Indy
As I stated in a previous comment, I believe LJ will be too much for the Colts defense. The D has averaged above 5 yards a carry facing such divisional superstars as Ron Dayne and Travis Henry, and the Jags gained a team total 375 yards rushing (191 in thier first match when Lefty was QB, indy did win with 2 picks and a punt return for a TD). In the second game 71 yards came from Alvin Pearman who only had 89 FOR THE SEASON! Indy is going down hard again, 41-17.
Seattle and Dallass
Hmm... I noticed whilst I gaze into the soothing amber of my Tullamore Dew, that for the AFC game I thought "who's gonna win the game" and for the NFC I thought "who's gonna fuck it up". I predict some sloppy play on both sides of the ball: dropped passes by TO, fumbles on kick returns, questionable passes, etc., but the game will come down to one man. Martin Gramatica (who started the year with indy!). 48 yard field goal, 48 seconds left, if he makes it, it will be his 48th point of the season... the kick is up... is Parcells justified in cutting "that idiot kicker" (Rod and Todd were also cut)... does Vandershank pump his fist Jerry Porter style from his recliner..... it's swinging toward the left upright but the kick is good! Look at little Martin jump, who is 4'8" i think. OK, he's 5'8". 23-21.
