I Dislike Your Favorite Team

With the final segment of the First Round games in the World Cup, we are getting some tickets punched for the second round.  We already learned some "fun" facts about Uruguay and South Korea.  Let's learn something about the team that finished ahead of South Korea, mighty Argentina.



1.  They have a totally awesome wild cat I had never heard of, called the kodkod.  They are pretty tiny, but clearly super badass.  One will almost certainly be named Messi soon.





2.  Ever use a pen?  Sure, we all have!  You can thank Hungarian immigrant to Argentina, László Bíró, for his invention of the ballpoint pen.


3.  Argentina has the 5th largest community of Jews on the planet.  I found that fact more surprising than entertaining.
