It also reminds me of the time one of my friends completely forgot who he was trash-talking, and yelled "nice hands!" at Jim Abbott. He was roundly booed.

Very Surprising: Jim Abbott Edition
I enjoy How I Met Your Mother, but special kudos to them for busting a Jim Abbott reference that made perfect sense in context. It was an excellent series of charts, designed by Marshall, showing Barney's success rate with the ladies is actually lower than Abbott's career batting average. If you don't watch the show, then I don't know what to tell you.
